Casinoplusph Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

General Terms & Introduction

Casinoplusph is a legally operated online betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between casinoplusph and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of casinoplusph.

1.1 Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the country in which casinoplusph is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant jurisdiction.

1.2 Language Preference

These terms have been published in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

Account & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on casinoplusph.
• You must be a mentally competent and responsible adult.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region where you reside.
• Professional athletes, referees, or related officials may not place bets on their own events.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. casinoplusph reserves the right to close any account where the name, mobile number, email, or date of birth is found to be incorrect or false.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all will be closed and the balance may be forfeited. Different members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but identity verification will be required in such cases.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact casinoplusph customer support immediately.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Casinoplusph may request identity documents at any time, including a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Betting Rules

3.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. At casinoplusph, the minimum bet is ৳50 and the maximum bet is determined per market. Maximum bet limits may vary across different events and markets.

3.2 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, casinoplusph will notify you and give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Once a bet is finalised, the odds at that time will apply.

3.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live and in-play betting. If your internet connection is interrupted or a bet is received late, casinoplusph reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

3.4 Cancelled & Incomplete Matches

• If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on the affected bets will be refunded.
• In cricket, results determined by the D/L method shall be considered valid.
• In football, if a match is abandoned before full time but at least 45 minutes of play have been completed, the result will stand.
• If the match is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original date, the bet will be considered void.

3.5 Technical Issues

If a software bug or technical error causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed, casinoplusph reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Payments & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• For failed deposits, please contact your bank or MFS provider directly

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Casinoplusph operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion or additional charges apply to transactions.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious, casinoplusph reserves the right to delay or place a hold on the payment pending investigation. In compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, we are obligated to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Casinoplusph offers a variety of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, and special promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x)
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it
• A time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, clear wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, or otherwise abuse the bonus system will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on casinoplusph. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with a false identity or fabricated information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Abuse or exploitation of the bonus system
• Participation in match-fixing or sports corruption
• Use of hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software
• Betting using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use an account

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Enabling self-exclusion will block access to your account for a specified period.

7.2 Suspension by casinoplusph

Casinoplusph may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicious Activity
• Legal Obligations
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months)

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month. To avoid this, simply log in regularly.

Privacy & Data Retention

• Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services
• Information is never shared with third parties except as required by law
• You may view and update your personal information at any time
• Even after account closure, data may be retained as required by law

Limitation of Liability

Casinoplusph will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets that fail due to loss of internet connection
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider errors
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence
• If financial loss results from betting decisions

Changes & Updates

Casinoplusph reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms
